I forgot to mention that we finally bought the fish for our fishtank! We also bought 2 small pieces of coral, and 3 snails. The fish are baby clown fish.
We also found out that since fish need relatively the same environment they have in the ocean, that also means they need a lengthy period of darkness. Which also means we can't leave that light on as a nightlight. O-well. What do they say about best laid plans???

I love it. Your extraordinarily expensive "night-light" can't be used for that. :) Sheeshhhhh.... sounds like something I woulda done.
Oh my... can't use it as a nightlite? That stinks! It makes for good blogging though! Thinking of you! How is the diet going? I hope well! : )

just keep it dark during the day, and turn it on at night.
